We aim to “frame the debate” and to provide business intelligence that can only be gained through detailed conversations with key decision makers. We enable clients to stay ahead of the decision cycle, fully informed about critical sector developments which can impact their future resourcing strategies.

Typical questions about talent consulting that we get asked by our existing clients:

  1. We need to restructure, right-size, or transform a function or department. How do other companies structure their teams and what is best practice in the market place inside and outside of our sector?
  2. We are concerned that our internal succession planning will not sustain our growth, could you tell us what does “excellent” look like if we searched for talent outside the company?
  3. We need to understand the senior management structure of our competitors – this might help with executive search, better understanding our competitor landscape or anticipating how they might act in the future.
  4. We need to strengthen the talent in certain geographic/functional areas - where might the candidates come from, what will they cost and do they even exist? This can then inform our Business Development, Talent and L&D strategy.
